Our Professional 'one-off' cleans (include all equipment, products and materials)
Unless you tell us differently, the rate we quote you will be based on the property being in ‘reasonable’ condition. Of course we understand that that you wouldn’t be calling us if the property didn’t require cleaning and was already in good order. We will tackle even the hardest of jobs but just occasionally we face a problem that we haven’t been made aware of, that presents a health and safety issue, or a property that is simply in a bad state of repair and which simply wont respond to cleaning and may be further damaged by applying cleaning products and materials. If we do consider that a problem exists, we will always advise you prior to commencement. It may be a case of a applying a small surcharge to allow for some extra time or it may be that we need to call in a specialist trade, or rarely, we won’t attempt to start the clean. Either way, we will always try our utmost to deliver on time and to budget and give our clients a result that we are proud of. After all, our reputation depends upon it.
